More Than
a Million March in Washington
for Reproductive Rights
America's pro-choice
majority and international
supporters marched more
than a million strong
in the nation's capital
on Sunday, April 25,
protesting attacks on
women's reproductive
rights.
Since
taking office, the
Bush administration,
Congress, and state
governments have
launched a war on
reproductive rights
in the U.S. and
around the world.
The
anti-choice movement
very well may have
within its reach
a U.S. Supreme Court
that will overturn
Roe v. Wade.
Efforts are underway
to pack the federal
courts with nominees
dedicated to rolling
back women's rights
and ending legal
abortion.
